Outstanding law firm seeks an experienced biotechnology associate. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of biotechnology patent law experience. An undergrad or graduate degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a closely related science is required, as well as USPTO registration. Candidate must be adaptable and have strong oral and written communication skills. This position will focus on opinion writing, prosecution, and some litigation work.
