Our client provides litigation support services, business valuation services and forensic accounting services.
Position Responsibilities:
Building the litigation and financial services practice, including building service lines for litigation support services and continuing the growth of business valuations practice.
Periodically, defining business plan for growth of Litigation and Financial Services.
Developing relationships with new clients
Coordinating relevant business development and marketing activities.
Working with our clients and performing litigation support and/or financial services
projects.
Expanding or developing tools, guides, and methodologies that support consistent and
efficient project execution.
Meeting billing and collection goals.
Acting as a performance advisor and mentor for assigned staff.
Requirements:
4 year degree in accounting, finance, business or other related field.
Advanced degree and certifications are strongly desired.
Minimum 8-10 yrs prior experience in litigation support, fraud or business valuations.
Superior strategic business development, negotiation and relationship skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, project management, organization,
prioritization, and follow-up skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Superior consulting skills.
Strong skills in critical thinking, problem identification and resolution and process
improvement.
Willingness to travel.
Must be a team player.

Compensation:
Base $300,000 to $600,000 plus significant bonus.
