Top National Firm'sPhoenix, AZ office is seeking an associate with a 4+ years' of Labor and Employment experience. Must have knowledge and experience in counseling employers on employment issues including termination and discipline, FLSA, FMLA, as well as policies and procedures and other preventative strategies for avoiding liability exposure; employment litigation experience with federal and state employment laws such as Title VII, ADA and FMLA. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Firm's clients require a full range of services in the area of employment relations, as well as creative and thorough representation in defending all types of employment-related cases, and constructive advice to prevent and resolve employee problems. This firm offers top of the market compensation, a collegial environment and is a great place to build a practice.
Membership in the Arizona is not required as long as the candidate is able to sit for the next exam. This firm will pay relocation and bar expenses.
