Interested parties must offer a practice focus with extensive experience defending clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including administrative agencies, federal and state courts and arbitration and mediation proceedings. Expertise in "traditional" labor matters, workplace investigations, counseling and employee training would also be desirable. This affiliation would require a portable book of business in the $700,000+ range.
