Responsibilities include communicating with investors, coordinating transactional operations, producing marketing materials, conducting research, and completing a variety of special projects. Associates gain exposure to many areas of the firm and are expected to assume additional marketing and structuring responsibilities over time. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, strong organizational abilities, an extraordinary sensitivity to detail, and a demonstrated record of intellectual achievement.
