We are currently seeking an investment management attorney to provide legal advice to the asset management arm of one of the largest financial institutions in the country. The attorney will provide legal advice and support to business partners in product development and fund administration on products and services, as well as support in connection with mutual fund board meetings. The attorney must have 5+ years of experience and possess in-depth knowledge of the '33, '34, and '40 acts. Strong analytical, written and oral communications and relationship-building skills are essential.
