Our client is one of the largest asset managers and they are seeking an Investment Management Attorney with 4+ years of experience. This position is responsible for investment advisory, distribution and marketing, and product development of registered and unregistered products and separately managed accounts. Experience should include all aspects of Investment Management Practice, including disclosure and portfolio management issues, at either a law firm, regulatory agency or in-house. This opportunity provides long-term growth potential, ability to work with business team, competitive compensation, and a great work/life balance. Large law firm experience and strong academic credentials required. Client is recognized for promoting from within.
