Old line 350+/- attorney law firm seeks an International Transactional Partner with a cross-border focus in any aspect of corporate or finance law to join the firms Washington DC office. Practice may be inbound or outbound with a geographic orientation directed to a major economic center of Europe, Asia or Latin America. Expertise in the language and customs of any region of concentration is a plus. Candidate may be a U.S. or foreign attorney, with a U.S. license to practice. The firm offers a significant domestic corporate effort and a traditional international trade practice. Additional, outstanding opportunities for crossover business in numerous other legal disciplines including, but not limited to; maritime, government contracts, immigration and tax. Portable business of $750K+ required. This client provides comprehensive legal services in a wide range of commercial, trade, investment, and regulatory matters, both in the United States and abroad.
