Our client, the global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, seeks an attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience to join its thriving organization. The successful candidate with have intensive litigation experience in patents, trade secrets, and antitrust. Trial experience strongly preferred. Outstanding academic credentials and experience at a top tier law firm or at a technology company are a must. A technical background and membership in the Patent Bar are strongly preferred. This attorney will have substantial autonomy and therefore must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner with clients, but also frequently will need to work collaboratively with other team members across disciplines. This attorney will be responsible for overseeing outside litigation counsel, managing logistics for major litigation matters through trial, managing third party disputes from pre-litigation through trial, coordinating all in-house discovery, and coordinating legal systems (including document retention, legal invoice tracking, due diligence, and patent clearance).
