The West Palm Beach office of a major Florida law firm seeks an Of Counsel/senior attorney to manage and oversee the patent prosecution practice for Fortune 500 and emerging high tech South Florida companies. Candidate must have 5+ years patent drafting and prosecution experience, experience supervising others in regards to patent drafting and prosecution, and admission to the PTO. Excellent academic credentials and J.D. required. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Technical degree and portable business also required.
