Almac, with 2 Divisions in PA (Yardley and Audubon), provides services to the bio/pharmaceutical industry for packaging, manufacturing and distribution of clinical supplies, and how drug data is managed throughout a clinical trial creating the IVRS or EDC technology. We are currently looking for an HR Intern to work part-time at Yardley, PA, located about 30 minutes north of Philadelphia. Duties include:
- Provide administrative support to Director and/or HR Managers
- Filing/archiving/photocopying
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms
- Assisting with benefit and new hire paperwork on a monthly basis
- Providing payroll administrative support
- Assisting with monthly statistical reports
- Recruiting support
The ideal student should possess:
- A strong interest in Human Resources or Business
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow-through skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Very strong computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
