Our client, a major international law firm, seeks a highly motivated 6th to 8th year associate or more senior (or with flexibility as to class) to join the Life Sciences Group in either its New York or its DC office. The ideal candidate would have significant experience in the Food and Drug Administration regulatory process and would either have been previously employed at the FDA itself or with a large pharmaceutical company. The candidate's practice would focus on pharmaceutical licensing transactions, litigation in the life sciences area and Corporate Finance transactions.
Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, research, writing and analytical skills. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York or Washington DC. Please submit law school transcript with resume.
