Our client, a highly regarded Fortune 500 consumer company with operations in 55 countries and market branded products in nearly 200 nations, seeks a Senior Employment Counsel to provide support to the company's Human Resources department. Candidate will oversee all of the company's employment matters.
Must be currently employed as an employment attorney in a major law firm or corporation; have 6+ years experience in most of the following areas; Title 7 ADEA, ADA, Equal Pay, FLSA, FMLA, Warn, OWPBA, Harassment, Affirmative Action, Common Law Claims and Employment Litigation, J.D., State Bar and excellent academic credentials also required.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
