The Gallup Organization is looking for Emerging Leaders to join our Sales team. Emerging Leader opportunities are designed to immerse recent graduates into fast-paced, focused careers with Gallup. Our sales associates play a critical role in: educating Fortune 1000 prospects about Gallup’s business solutions, initiating account growth, and building revenue and profit growth for the division. They also work closely with Gallup Division Partners, client teams, and clients on a wide variety of cutting-edge consulting engagements.
This position requires somebody with:
- Ability to assess business needs and identify areas of opportunity
- Entrepreneurial initiative to develop leads with current and prospective clients
- Interpersonal skills to communicate and present to clients effectively
- Business aptitude to partner with Gallup consultants to create solutions
- Desire to close deals and pride in personal accountability for results
- Insatiable need to achieve new goals and excel among your peers
