Preeminent International Law Firm seeks a 2nd thru 4th year EE Associate Attorney with a strong outgoing personality to join their Washington DC effort. This firm offers a unique broad based practice with outstanding interaction between groups and offices. The candidate selected will join the firms Intellectual Property Group with an emphasis on Litigation (90+ %); there is no prerequisite for a prior litigation background, only a willingness to learn. This position will include involvement in major matters (defense and plaintiff) working directly with clients and firm partners. The position encompasses all aspects of litigation including court appearances. Individuals with expertise in semi-conductor, internet security, mechanical, software systems and medical equipment are encouraged to explore this opportunity. Candidates must present a strong stable career history with a prominent IP practice group, excellent credentials (no advanced scientific degree required), and a desire to be part of a challenging fast paced cutting edge practice.
