Our client, a worldwide full-service investment banking and securities firm, seeks a stellar Corporate Tax Associate to provide support to the Investment Banking DivisionCBCBs New Products Group.
The group focuses on complex M&A and restructuring (i.e. tax-sensitive, and/or complex M&A such as corporate restructurings and spin-offs), equity and debt financings, and derivatives; New Products Group professionals interact with teams on client transactions, solicitation, and execution; Present to clients product alternatives and recommend strategies to meet these client goals; Participate in all aspects of execution of product-related transactions (including negotiation, communication with outside advisors and presentation of related financial analyses).
Must be currently employed as a 2nd CBCB 4th year corporate tax associate in a major law firm and have experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate securities. Excellent academic credentials (A-/B+ GPA) from a top tier law school. JD and NY Bar membership also required.
