Our client, a major Fortune 500 financial services company, seeks an outstanding Corporate Securities attorney to support the companyCBCBs Global Commercial Card and Interactive divisions. Attorney will assist and engage in the drafting of complex agreements, including commercial card agreements, partnership and referral agreements, marketing agreements and general commercial agreements. Attorney will also conduct research regarding case law and federal and state regulations regarding Commercial Cards, and draft related memoranda regarding the same.
Must be currently employed as a General Corporate or Corporate Securities attorney in a major law firm or corporation with 5-10-years broad experience in drafting and negotiating complex high dollar commercial agreements. General familiarity with U.S. banking law and regulations, consumer credit/ commercial card laws and regulations, such as Regulation Z. also required. Expertise in regulatory areas of the law, especially commercial/consumer credit or securities law a plus. Exposure and willingness to work on intellectual property matters also a plus. JD, NY Bar and excellent academic credentials also required.
