Miami office of top national law firm is seeking Associates with 3 to 6 years of M&A, private equity, and/or general corporate experience. Must possess strong drafting skills, excellent academics and have at least 2 years of large law firm experience. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination.This firm is national and is a great place to work. Associates are happy and make partner and the comp is at the top of the scale. The firm will pay for relocation and all bar expenses.
