Position: This UK based magic circle law firm is seeking associates of all levels to work in its Singapore office.
Company: This prestigious law firm is recommended in global and select regional law directories, in particular Legal 500, IFLR, and Chambers in the Foreign (Singapore) - Corporate/M&A categories. In addition, it has received the Asian Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year award from the IFLR in 2008. The Singapore corporate group acts for both local and foreign multi-national clients and has been involved in several high profile transactions in the region.
Requirements: Junior candidates must possess 1 year PQE, Mid level candidates must possess 3 years PQE, and Senior candidates must possess at least 5 years PQE. Candidates must currently be at or have experience from a magic circle firm or top UK firm. Australian firm experience (Sydney or Melbourne) will also be considered. International M&A experience is essential and Private Equity experience is beneficial. Candidates with Asian experience are preferable but not essential. Candidates must be able to work independently. No language requirements.
