Position: The Hong Kong office is seeking an associate of all levels to work on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and/or international corporate finance transactions. This includes Hong Kong IPOs, H share listings, fund raising by listed companies, spin-offs, takeovers, other M&A, and privatizations of state-owned enterprises.
