Interested parties must bring 3 to 5 years of stable focused consumer finance litigation, experience in state and federal court, excellent academic credentials, outstanding writing and communication skills and prior affiliation with a prominent litigation practice. Federal Clerkship and Florida Bar License would be considered a plus (Individuals not licensed in Florida must be willing and able to sit for the next exam).
