Project Delivery
B Perform all consulting with the highest degree of professional conduct
B Adhere to formal service methodologies for deliverables and overall project execution
B Ensure your assigned project tasks are completed on time and within budget
B Use Changepoint to input billable time, status tasks and forecasting project activities
Deployability & Professional Development
B Meet billable utilization target of 75%
B Maintain accurate personal calendar and forecasts on a timely basis
B Maintain professional certifications in information availability (i.e. MCSC, CISSP, etc.)
B Coordinate with supervisor on developing and executing individual training plan
Quality & Customer Satisfaction
B Meet or exceed client expectations (as noted by zero client complaints, client feedback and formal Customer Satisfaction surveys)
B Ensure compliance with internal quality control processes before providing client with deliverables
B Demonstrate reliability and responsiveness to client and/or engagement management requests
Qualifications : Educational Requirements:
B College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
B BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
B Certification in Information Availability (such as CISSP or SANS GIAC Level-Two) preferred
Business Requirements:
B 2-4 years professional experience
B 2 years experience in information availability
B 2 years direct consulting experience, preferred
B Prior work experience in a regulated environment (a plus)
Technology Skills:
B General technical knowledge and/or expertise in multiple areas of information systems technology (e.g. operating systems, networking software, databases, client/services computing, LAN, PCBs, etc.)
B Strong understanding of advanced computer system and information availability issues
B General knowledge of information availability principles and best practices, information systems concepts, incident response, and recovery
B Experience in information technology tactical planning, information availability procedures development and administration, availability architecture design and technology assessment
