Position: This firm is looking for an associate with experience in construction, real estate development and/or projects to join the Dubai office. The constructions group provides construction law and risk management advice in relation to all aspects of domestic and international construction procurement. In addition, it advises on the construction aspects of all types of property investment and development; all types of property sales and purchases; and both publicly and privately financed energy, transport, infrastructure and regeneration projects. They also advise on procurement strategy and structure (including how and when to use bespoke or standard forms of contract) and will negotiate all forms of engineering and construction contracts and associated security documentation.
