Our client, a highly regarded major law firm, seeks a commercial lending associate to join their Leveraged Capital Group in Atlanta. This is an ideal position for an associate who is interested in having significant, if not sole, deal responsibility and client contact, within the context of a friendly and supportive work environment.
Must be currently employed as a 2nd CBCB 4th year associate in a major law firm and have a solid background in commercial lending, corporate finance and other debt related transactions; Experience with Article 9 of the UCC (Secured Transactions) is strongly preferred; excellent academic credentials (A-/B+ GPA) from a top tier law school. JD and GA Bar membership (or willingness to sit for the GA) also required.
