"AmLaw 100" global firm with New York office seeks associate with Mandarin-speaking Corporate and Securities experience. Class of 2002 to 2006 corporate and securities associates who can read and speak Mandarin recommended. Must have experience in handling M&A, public securities ('33 Act and '34 Act), private equity, venture capital and private placements as well as general corporate matters. Big firm experience a plus. Opportunities for this lateral associate are available in either of this client's U.S. offices, including: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, or New York and have an opportunity for secondment to this law firm's Hong Kong office if interested.

JD from a top 25 law school and class rank in the top 20 percentile. CA, IL, PA, or NY bar preferred.
