Our client, a prestigious international law firm, seeks a senior banking associate for their New York office to do domestic and international, secured and unsecured, senior and subordinated lending including: syndicated loans, letters of credit and structured finance.
Must be currently employed as a 5th to 7th year banking associate in a major law firm. JD and excellent academic credentials (A-/B+ GPA) from a top tier law school also required.
