Our client, a major retail corporation operating businesses throughout the world, seeks a stellar healthcare/regulatory attorney to provide day-to-day advice regarding issues relating to the operation of a pharmacy chain including interaction with regulatory agencies, retail pharmacy contractual issues, privacy matters, claims and lawsuits, and compliance requirements.
Must have at least eight years healthcare provider and pharmacy/health law experience; Licensed pharmacist preferred, but not essential. JD, State Bar and excellent academic credentials also required.
