Our client, a major retail corporation operating businesses throughout the world, seeks a stellar Food & Drug/Regulatory Attorney to provide legal advice, counsel and training to the Food Safety / Quality Assurance / Food Defense Department, Food Product Development and food merchants on food product labeling, etc; Respond to FDA and USDA requests for adverse event reporting; and state and local Health Department administrative proceedings. Supervise outside counsel; review public relations materials that pertain to food safety issues and advise company management on other relevant legal issues as they arise.
Must have at least six years experience as an FDA attorney and strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, and FTC regulations and state and local Health Codes. JD, State Bar and excellent academic credentials also required.
