Our client, a highly regarded major law firm, seeks a midlevel to senior antitrust associate for the Washington, DC office.
Must be currently employed as a 3rd - 5th year antitrust attorney with a very strong interest and background in antitrust, with DOJ or FTC experience and either (1) government experience, (2) authoring of articles on antitrust, or (3) experience with the ABA antitrust section projects. Antitrust counseling experience is very important, along with a basic background in intellectual property. JD, solid academic credentials and the DC bar or ability to waive into DC also required.
