One of the largest and most successful financial institutions in the United States is seeking an attorney to provide advice to the Alternative Investment Group of the bank. The attorney will be involved in creating new private investment pools, negotiating distribution agreements, assisting in all registered fund matters, and will also assist in dealing with regulatory inquiries. We are ideally looking for a 5+ year attorney with extensive knowledge of the '33, '34, and '40 Acts.
