Position: The Tokyo office is seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience with a top US firm. The associate will provide on-site/same day patent counseling on infringement opinions, litigation counseling and liaison for patent application work.

Requirements: Electronic engineering background preferred over chemical or mechanical capabilities. Willingness to commit to remain in Tokyo indefinitely and support building a practice, therefore entrepreneurial skills are sought. Litigation experience of some variety is important. Japanese language capability is a plus.
