Position: The project finance group of this UK based global law firm is seeking mid level/senior attorneys with experience in project finance, preferably in relation to infrastructure, power and oil & gas projects.
Company: This magic circle law firm is recognized as one of the top international firms in the projects sector and has top tier listings in the Chambers rankings, IFLR and Legal 500 in the foreign (Singapore) - Projects categories. The pre-eminent projects team in Singapore is run by renowned lawyers and handles high level projects across the region.
Requirements: Candidates must possess at least 4 years PQE at a top-tier, common law jurisdiction firm. Substantial experience in reviewing and negotiating project documents as described above. Bright, commercially minded, capable of recognizing commercial drivers and a good communicator. Experience with finance documentation (credit agreements/security documents) a bonus. Experience with Asian projects a bonus. No language requirements.
