Position: The Hong Kong office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, and will consider junior candidates with exceptional credentials.
Company: This US-based AmLaw 100 international law firm has an extensive China and Hong Kong Practice focused on international capital markets work, including public offerings, M&A transactions and LBOs. Clients include private equity funds and multinational corporations in a broad range of industries, and the firm is recommended by Asia Pacific Legal 500 for corporate and transactional work as "probably the lead M&A practice in Hong Kong." This is a great opportunity to join a growing China practice and gain significant experience with global capital markets transactions at one of the largest corporate practices in Hong Kong.
Requirements: Mandarin language fluency written and outstanding English/verbal skills required. Strong US background, including top law school and national/international firm experience is strongly preferred. US/UK/AUS qualification required.
