Position: The Hong Kong office is seeking multiple attorneys with 3-5 years of experience in a full range of equity and/or debt securities transactions. NO LANGUAGE REQUIRED.

Requirements: Only US/UK/AUS/SING qualified will be considered. An LL.B. or US JD, and equities and/or debt securities experience at a US/UK firm are strongly preferred.
