Position: This prestigious US firm is seeking highly qualified projects associates for its Singapore office.

The Singapore office has a top tier listing in the current Asia Pacific Legal 500 in the Projects category. The Singapore office is a busy and key hub in the region and is active in power and energy projects in China, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
Requirements: Candidates should be capable of drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M contracts, raw material supply contracts, offtake agreements, owner's engineer agreements, license agreements, and the like. Moreover, the firm is looking for someone who preferably understands tariff equations, bonus/penalty formulae, and the like. The suitable candidate also should be capable of producing bespoke documents and handle unexpected problems in the financing or project implementation stage. Excellent academics and top tier firm experience. No language requirements.
