Requirements: Candidates should have experience drafting disclosure documents (Rule 144A); drafting, reviewing and negotiating underwriting agreements; and dealing with accountants and comfort letters. Candidates should generally understand how to execute a securities offering. Registered deal experience is helpful but not required. Excellent academics and international firm experience. No language requirements.
