Position: A London-based law firm is seeking PRC-qualified corporate associates for its Beijing office.

The China practice has been strengthened recently with additions to its Beijing office, which acts as a key hub in the region.
Requirements: Candidates must possess 3+ years of PQE, with any recognized qualification (PRC bar advantageous). Must have solid experience in general corporate, M&A and/or private equity. Non-contentious IP/IT or CMT experience would be highly regarded. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
