Position: This top-tier London-based law firm is seeking a corporate attorney for its Hong Kong office.
Company: It has won the Asian Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year award from the IFLR in 2008. It is also the recipient of the Financial Times' "Most Innovative Law Firm" award in 2007. Having offices in 20 countries, this firm has a strong presence in Hong Kong. The IFLR placed it on the International Firm of the Year Shortlist; Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Debt and Equity-Linked Shortlist; and Restructuring Shortlist. The Chambers gave it recognition for its Banking, Projects and Real Estate in China; Banking and Finance, Projects, Restructuring and Telecoms, and Broadcasting in Hong Kong.
Requirements: Candidates must possess 3+ years PQE, with AUS, HK, NZ, PRC, SIN, UK, or US qualification. Experience in both HK & PRC related M&A, HK listing rules and general corporate work. Excellent analytical skills with top academic background, preferably trained with city firms. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage.
