Position: The Hong Kong office is seeking a 2-5th year attorney with experience in capital markets and/or M&A.

The firm has a strong presence throughout Asia and a proven commitment to its practices in China and Japan. Specifically, the firm's Hong Kong office offers sophisticated practices in many areas, including M&A, private equity, capital markets, securitization and structured finance, project finance, and acquisition finance. Among the many annual awards that the firm has recently received are: the IFLR Award for Equity Deal of the Year (2007) and Debt & Equity Linked Deal/Firm of the Year (2006) as well as M&A Deal of the Year and China Deal of the Year Awards by Asian Legal Business China Awards in 2006.
Requirements: As their capital markets practice is more Pan-Asian rather than China focused, the firm would prefer native English speakers. Mandarin language skills are preferred, but not necessary for outstanding candidates. Must have excellent academics (US JDs preferred) and international law firm experience.
