Premier US firm is actively seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience in M&A, JV, and/or FDI. Great opportunity with thriving US firm that is working on some of the most sophisticated corporate transactions in China. You will work in close collaboration with the Hong Kong and Beijing offices and the Shanghai office provides legal advice for both international corporations and Chinese domestic enterprises in relation to FDI, M&A and transactional corporate matters. Mandarin language fluency and US JD and/or LL.M. required. Must have US, UK, AUS qualification.
