This leading capital markets practice advises issuers, agents and underwriters in a broad range of domestic and international private and public financings. The capital markets practice has developed considerable industry-specific experience in areas involving biotech and life science, commercial banking, energy, financial institutions, REITs and technology. Mandarin language skills ideal but not required.
