Position: This prestigious London-based law firm is seeking a corporate associate for its Hong Kong office.
Company: This firm has had top tier listings in select regional law directories: Legal 500 (Banking and Finance in both China and Hong Kong, Capital Markets in Hong Kong); IFLR (International Firm of the Year Shortlist, Banking and Project Finance in China, and Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Debt and Equity-Linked Shortlist; Project Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency in Hong Kong and Restructuring Shortlist); and Chambers (Banking, Projects and Real Estate in China; Banking and Finance, Projects, Restructuring and Telecoms). Requirements: Candidates must possess 1+ year PQE, preferably with HK or PRC qualification. PRC background with exposure to PRC regulatory and derivatives work. Other jurisdictions will also be considered, depending on experience.
