WORK WITH TERRIFIC ATTORNEYS and interface with other major offices! Top firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience with a strong corporate background including public company M&A and private equity experience. Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, private equity investments, 1934 Act reporting and Sarbanes Oxley is essential. Candidates should have excellent writing, negotiating and research abilities, top academic credentials, a willingness to assume responsibility, demonstrated leadership qualities, and will be interested in sharing those talents through mentoring and training junior lawyers.
