My position was a very do-it-yourself one as my manager was traveling a lot and my team was spread across the country. You have to be comfortable with making decisions yourself and working independently.

The opportunity to work closely with several high level executives and to present my final project to over 40 executives in our office.

Downers

Even though I am in the process of finding full time opportunities in the company. It would have been great to receive an offer or more specific plans for full time hire.

Advice to Potential Interns

One of the best companies to work for. All project are very clear and specifi. Having target project help interns evaluate and set action plans for the internships.

Advice to Management

Even though compensation was low, they experience overcame that issue. I would urge management to have clear plans for full time hire if applicable.
