High Quality and In Depth Look Into Compensation

4.1 of 5 stars

New York, NY | 2012 | VERIFIED INTERN

Uppers

Everyone was extremely helpful and encouraging throughout the process. I felt comfortable asking anyone questions and they made my experience extremely welcoming

Downers

I wish I had more of an opportunity to shadow other projects or see more of the consulting aspect to it

Advice to Potential Interns

I think that it would be great to become affliated with the financial and specific terms that are used in compensation. Also my understanding of excel and my ability to utilize it would have been even better if I had known some of the specific programs or aspects.

Advice to Management

I really throught they did a great job, but it would have been even more helpful if I had done my training while I was working on a specific project so that I could apply it and understand the concept even more
