Mercer has a great friendly culture with many oppurtunites to experience client interaction and investment manager interaction. As an intern, they treat you as a valuable part of the team and look to integrate you as a full member in an effort to hopefully hire if the fit is right.

Atlanta, GA | 2013 | VERIFIED INTERN

The exposure to private equity real estate managers coming into the office to pitch there fund. From there, I analyze these funds and create models that evaluate whether their property values are worth as much as they claim.

Downers

Not enough office wide events, especially for interns, and there aren't enough perks

Advice to Potential Interns

Great exposure, but I did not get as much responsbility as I had hoped.

Advice to Management

Better compensation, better perks and more office wide social events
