Advice to Potential Interns
I would advise the interns to make sure they are comfortable with dealing with people. Even though this is an IT position, human interaction is a very important part of the job.
Advice to Management
Pay the interns or co-ops more based on how long they have been at the company. Interns should get raises based on their tenure and work. Also, master's degrees should get paid alittle bit higher. Also, if an employee seems they are doing a great job and have over 1 year experience, they should be able to apply for a full time position!
