If you enjoy taking on constant change, challenges and uncertainty in your projects work, AA is a rewarding and fun place to work.

If you enjoy taking on constant change, challenges and uncertainty when you travel the world, AA is a rewarding and fun place to work.

Advice to Management

Increasing annual salary by only four thousand dollars would place AA into a new salary bracket, increase their competitiveness and likely allow AA to retain their best interns to return full time.



A better on boarding process structured for every department would also help interns get up and running more quickly in the first few days.

There is an amazing work-personal life balance, employees/interns have great travel perks.

The office is close to DFW airport, 30mn away from Dallas. Dallas is a vivid and vibrant city, but not as much as NYC, SF or Chicago.
