Unique opportunity to discover how a HR department functions during a merger

Collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, opportunity to work with different teams, to learn about different departments of the company, have a mentor, meet with the company's leadership team, work on concrete and impactful projects

Downers

The uncertainties during a merger

Advice to Potential Interns

If you enjoy taking on constant change, challenges and uncertainty in your projects work, AA is a rewarding and fun place to work. If you enjoy taking on constant change, challenges and uncertainty when you travel the world, AA is a rewarding and fun place to work.

Advice to Management

Increasing annual salary by only four thousand dollars would place AA into a new salary bracket, increase their competitiveness and likely allow AA to retain their best interns to return full time. A better on boarding process structured for every department would also help interns get up and running more quickly in the first few days.
