The office culture and the real, hands-one experience I was afforded
The one thing I disliked was unique and no longer applies to the office.
Advice to Potential Interns
Dixon Hughes Goodman truly does practice what it preaches: They care about their employees and your work/life balance. Additionally, just because they are not an international fine does not mean you will not have the opportunity to work with big clients. In fact, you will be even more involved as an intern, being assigned meaningful tasks that really allow you to experience what being a staff would entail.
Advice to Management
The one thing I would have enjoyed would have been if my office had been able to keep in contact with me between my internship and when I start full-time employment.
