Do not get to experience the reality of working 9am-12am like when you actually work there in busy season. Most teams will not pay you to work overtime as you are hourly.

Advice to Management
The intense amount of hours worked by employees without overtime dilutes the salary from 40 to 80 hours a week and respectfully 60000 to 30000 for the amount of work put in. There should be a cap on the amount of hours which will lead to better retention.
